SHIPPING AND REFUND POLICY
All orders will be shipped via Australia Post.
For standard in-stock items goods will be shipped within 3 business days from receipt of order.
For customised and personalised items, delivery times may vary. Please refer to the item description on the relevant items for approximate lead times.
All shipping times are subject to stock availability.
Customers are entitled to a refund, product replacement, or credit if they receive goods which are damaged, faulty or wrongly described as per Australian Consumer Law. In all other instances goods can be returned within 4 weeks for a refund or exchange. Returned goods must be returned in an ‘as new’ condition.
