RFSA State Board Nominations Now Open
In accordance with the timetable adopted by State Council, nominations are now invited for Directors of the State Board of the NSW Rural Fire Service Association for the 2021-2023 term.
The Constitution requires that 10 Board Members be appointed for a two year term.
Nominees will be invited to address a meeting of the State Council held in conjunction with the Association’s Conference on Friday 4 June 2021, prior to the commencement of voting. All nominees will also be invited to attend the State Council AGM on Friday 20 August 2021 in Sydney, where the successful candidates will be announced.
Candidates should be aware of the requirement to attend at least 12 Board Meetings and 4 State Council Meetings each year, and to attend other events and meetings as required.
Completed nomination forms should be returned to ceo@rfsa.org.au, or by post to PO Box 845, Penrith BC, NSW, 2751. Please note that the deadline for receipt of nominations is 5pm, Friday 21 May 2021. Nominations cannot be accepted after this time under any circumstances.
