Join the NSW RFS Young Members Group
Have your say on issues that affect young people in the NSW RFS and join the NSW RFS Young Members Group.
Applications have opened for volunteers interested in joining the group for 2015-2016.
The Young Members Group is comprised of ten volunteers between 18 – 25 years of age from across NSW. Members provide feedback on policy and programs, participate in decision making at a State level, make suggestions and raise ideas relevant to young members.
Getting involved in the Young Members Group is also a great opportunity to increase your knowledge and develop skills in leadership and communication.
To be eligible, members must be between the age of 18 and under the age of 25; must have at least 1 year service history with the NSW RFS and be classified as either ‘ordinary’ or ‘probationary’ member (as at 2 February 2015).
