Purchase Conditions

All purchases and their subsequent use must be in accordance with the Rural Fires Regulation 2002.

Your RFSA Shop is committed to providing quality products.We will gladly exchange or refund for products that are faulty, damaged, or the wrong size.

Unfortunately we are not able to refund for "change of mind".

Purchaser Identification
Because it is an offence to wear the RFS uniform or emblem when not a member of the Service, we require you to identify your Brigade and District when ordering items that could identify you as a member of the Service (Check purchase conditions). Please ensure all such boxes are completed or your order will not be processed.

Currently this is required for each such item placed in your basket to be purchased.
