Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the State Council of the NSW Rural Fire Service Association Incorporated will be held a the Country Comfort Parklands Resort and Conference Centre, Mudgee, on Saturday 17th June 2006 commencing at 1645 hours.
Agenda items will include:
• Confirmation of minutes of the previous AGM;
• Consideration of a written report of the State Executive;
• Consideration of the Treasurer’s Statement and Auditor’s Report for the year;
• Election of members of the State Executive;
• Appointment of an Auditor;
• The determination of a budget for the forthcoming year and the quantum of any Branch, Regional Conference or Regional Committee fee;
• Consideration of any motion to amend the Constitution; and
• Any other business of which notice has been given.
Any member of the Association is entitled to attend the Annual General Meeting.
